Transportation from airport
There are various options for travel to your hotel depending on your budget and flexibility. The airports are very well served by public transport, shuttle buses and taxis. Car rentals are also available. Please note: Transfers are not included in you booking.
Hotel check-in
Upon arrival at your hotel, please identify yourself at the front desk with your Air Canada Vacations voucher and valid photo I.D. You will then be assigned your accommodation. Most hotel check-in times are between 2-4 p.m.

Long distance calls
Phone cards are readily available for purchase. Please note if placing a call from your hotel room, additional service charges apply. Become familiar with these charges before placing the call. Using a pay phone in the hotel lobby avoids these additional charges.
Emergency
You can ask for a doctor or a dentist through your hotel. Keep all your receipts.
Banking
Banks are generally open from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mon-Fri. Some banks open on Saturday and Sunday with reduced hours of operation. There are several major chains and branches of all banks and ATMs are available throughout the city. Major credit cards are very widely accepted.
Currency
The official currency is the Canadian dollar.
Shopping
Most shops are open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mon-Fri and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sat-Sun.

Voluntary between 13%-15% depending on the quality of service.
